LONDON (Alliance News) - BlackRock World Mining Trust PLC Tuesday said Chairman Ian Cockrill bought 8,653 shares at a price of 229.8 pence per share on Friday.
Following this transaction, Cockrill now holds 36,789 shares, which represents 0.02% stake in the trust.
The stock was up 0.2% at 228.50p Tuesday.
