LONDON (Alliance News) - Braveheart Investment Group PLC Tuesday said Non-Executive Director Trevor Brown bought 406,250 shares at a price of 14.50 pence per share.
Brown also bought an additional 25,000 shares at 15.00p each. Both transactions took place on Monday.
Following the purchases, Brown holds 7.3 million shares or 26.95% of the total voting rights.
Shares in the investment management group were up 0.7% at 15.01p Tuesday.
