(Alliance News) - BioPharma Credit PLC on Thursday declared an interim dividend in respect of the financial period ended December 31, 2019, of USD0.0303 per share, resulting in a total annual dividend of USD0.0828.
The life sciences debt investor said the interim dividend comprises an ordinary dividend of USD0.0175 and a special dividend of USD0.0128. The amount will be paid on March 27 to shareholders on the register at the end of the day February 28.
The stock closed 1.0% higher at USD1.02 each on Thursday in London.
