NORWAY GAS-Flows to Europe rise on higher deliveries to Britain

OSLO, Dec 10 (Reuters) - Norwegian gas exports tocontinental Europe rose on Thursday morning on higher deliveriesto Britain, data from gas system operator Gassco showed. Gas flows to Europe were running at 360 million cubic metres(mcm) per day by around 1010 GMT, up 10 mcm from the volumesdelivered on Wednesday. Flows rose despite Norway's gas production capacity remainedreduced by 5 mcm per day due to an unexpected outage at Visundfield that started on Monday, according to Gassco. Deliveries to Britain via Langeled pipeline rose to 69mcm/day, near its full capacity of 72 mcm/day. Britain also imports gas from Norway via the Vesterled andFLAGS pipelines.
