* Marina Sechina, the former wife of Rosneft bossIgor Sechin, aims to complete the construction of a prestigiousapartment complex in the west of Moscow, which was leftunfinished by Mirax Group majority owned by fugitive real estatetycoon Sergei Polonsky, writes the Kommersant business daily.
* The posh Triumfalny complex, popularly known as "TheKutuzov mile", may need an investment of around 25 billionroubles ($392.40 million) to be completed, the daily writes.
* The project was hit by the global financial crisis in2008-09. Polonsky, who had fled abroad, was deported fromCambodia to Russia last year and is now facing embezzlementcharges after evading Russian law enforcement officials fornearly two years.
* Despite the outstanding commitments to the city of Moscow,the project is still economically viable and may yield a netprofit of around 5 billion roubles, the Kommersant quotes amarket player as saying.
