DIRECTOR DEALINGS: BP Executives, Directors Acquire Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - BP PLC Thursday said that the following executive directors and directors acquired shares at a price of GBP4.829 per share through the company's ShareMatch UK Plan.

Executive Director Iain Conn, General Counsel Rupert Bondy, and Chief Financial Officer Brian Gilvary acquired 63 shares each.

Executive vice president and group chief of staff Dev Sanyal, and Chief operating officer of production Bernard Looney, each acquired 65 shares each.

Shares in the oil and gas giant closed trading at 484.00 pence up 0.2% Thursday.
