The 22 approved companies announced on Tuesday includeNorway's Statoil ASA, France's Total SA,Anadarko Petroleum Corp and ExxonMobil Corp,join 12 firms already approved by ANP last week, according to ane-mailed statement from the regulator. With 12 companies approved last week, the approvalsannounced Tuesday bring the total number of companies authorizedto participate in the auction to 34, according to the ANP Website.
