NEW YORK, Feb 17 (Reuters) - BP Plc and Husky Energy delayed the expected start of a fluid catalyticcracking unit at their jointly-owned 160,000 barrel-per-dayrefinery in Toledo, Ohio, according to people familiar with thework.
The unit's restart was planned for this week, but wasdelayed after workers found a hole in an expansion valve, thepeople said.
