HOUSTON, Oct 23 (Reuters) - BP Plc on Wednesdaycompleted the restart of a 57,600 barrel per day (bpd) reformerafter a planned overhaul at its 405,000 bpd refinery in Whiting,Indiana, sources familiar with operations at the refinery said.
The reformer, which converts refinery by-products intooctane-boosting additives for gasoline, was shut on Sept. 10 forthe overhaul. (Reporting by Erwin Seba; Editing by John Wallace)
