LONDON (Alliance News) - Henry Boot PLC said Non-Executive Director Jonathan Sykes sold 125,000 shares in the company on Friday.
Sykes sold the shares at a price of 247 pence each, for a total of GBP308,750. Shares were up 3.2% Friday afternoon at 258p.
Sykes now holds 20.7 million Henry Boot shares out of a 133.1 million share capital, meaning he has a 16% stake.
Earlier Friday, the property and construction firm said it has weathered a difficult environment to produce a "successful" 2018.
