(Alliance News) - Baron Oil PLC said Thursday it has relinquished the PEDL330 and PEDL345 licenses, in Dorset, England, which were due to expire on July 31.
The AIM-quoted oil and gas exploration company held an 8% interest in both PEDL330 & PEDL345.
Baron earned the 8% interest in the onshore licenses in the summer of 2019. The Colter South discovery, has previously determined to contain 15 million barrels of oil - of which 1.2 million was net to Baron.
Shares in Baron Oil closed 0.1% lower in London on Thursday at 0.085 pence each.
