LONDON (Alliance News) - Blockchain Worldwide PLC said Wednesday it made an offer to acquire Chorum Group Ltd for an undisclosed sum.
As the proposed acquisition would constitute a reverse takeover, Blockchain Worldwide shares have currently being suspended from trading. The shares will remain suspended until the acquisition is completed or until a restoration request is submitted.
The acquisition is subject to legal, financial and other due diligence, entry into a legally binding agreement in respect of the acquisition and a successful fundraise.
