Halma PLC - Amersham-based hazard detection and life protection technologies manufacturer - Says Talent, Culture & Communications Director Jennifer Ward sold 37,500 shares at GBP23.19, worth GBP869,599, on December 8, 2020 to meet obligations in relation to divorce proceedings.

Big Technologies PLC - UK-based remote people monitoring technology - Chief Financial Officer Daren Morris buys 108,755 shares at average 2.96, worth GBP321,915, on Thursday and Friday. Now has 308,755 shares, a 0.1% stake.

Rolls-Royce Holdings PLC - London-based jet engine maker - Chair Anita Frew buys 60,000 shares at GBP1.42, worth GBP85,398, on Wednesday.

Johnson Service Group PLC - Cheshire-based textile rental - Non-Executive Chair Jock Lennox and CEO Peter Egan each buy 25,000 shares at 130.0p and 130.2p, worth GBP65,000 in total, on Thursday. Lennox now has 57,000 shares and Egan 304,061.

Sportech PLC - London-based betting technology - CEO Andrew Lindley and CFO Nicola Rowlands both take part in company's recent tender offer for shares. Lindley will sell back 262,445 shares, leaving him with 187,555, a 0.2% stake. Rowlands tendered 20,152 shares and now has 22,708. Sportech on Thursday said 137.1 million shares, just under 73% of its equity capital, were tendered by shareholders. After scale back, 88.8 million will be repurchased, meaning GBP35.5 million returned to shareholders.
