LONDON (Alliance News) - Digital marketing firm Be Heard Group PLC on Friday said Non-Executive Director David Poutney and his wife bought a total of 2.6 million shares in the company on Thursday.
David Poutney bought 600,000 shares in the company, while his wife Vivienne bought 2.0 million.
The shares were all bought at 3.20 pence apiece and the total holding of the Poutneys following the transaction was not disclosed.
Shares in Be Heard were down 1.3% to 3.06 pence Friday.
