Baillie Gifford Japan Trust PLC - investor in small and medium sized Japanese companies - Announces that David Kidd, who was appointed interim chair in May, becomes permanent chair. Non-Executive Director Joanna Pitman is appointed senior independent director.
In May, the company reported the reported the death of Chair Keith Folconer. Kidd, then senior independent director, agreed to chair the company.
