BMO Smaller Companies Appoints Two Non-Executive Directors

(Alliance News) - BMO Smaller Companies PLC said Wednesday it has appointed Nick Bannerman and Graham Oldroyd as non-executive directors with effect from October 1.

Bannerman is currently chair at Baillie Gifford Japan Trust PLC, and is also global sales director at Scottish woollen mill Johnstons of Elgin.

Oldroyd meanwhile is non-executive director of Henderson Alternative Strategies Trust PLC, and is currently a Church of England Commissioner.

The stock closed down 3.1% at 1,336.00 pence on Wednesday.
