DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: BCA Chair Sells GBP10 Million In Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Monday and Friday.----------BCA Marketplace said that Chief Executive Officer Avril Palmer-Baunack sold 5.0 million shares at an average price of 212.51 pence per share on Thursday and Friday last week to institutional funds. For a total of GBP10.7 million, 5.0 million shares were sold on Thursday, while 25,000 shares were sold on Friday. Following this transaction, Palmer-Baunack now holds 8.8 million shares in total, reflecting a 1.1% stake in the company. Palmer-Baunack said she has no intention to sell any more shares in BCA Marketplace. Shares in the FTSE 250-listed vehicle marketplace closed down 0.5% at 213.00p. ----------Standard Life Aberdeen Non-Executive Director John Devine purchased GBP49,997 worth of shares. He acquired 15,713 shares at a price of 318.2 pence each. Devine's holding after the transaction was not disclosed. Shares in Standard Life Aberdeen closed down 2.4% at 315.80p each.----------Fusion Antibodies Non-Executive Director Timothy Watts bought shares worth GBP10,237 in the life sciences firm in a transaction last Thursday. Watts - non-exec since 2017 - bought 15,380 shares at 66.56 pence each. Shares in Fusion closed 5.1% higher at 67.80p. After the transaction, Watts held 27,575 shares - or a 0.1% stake. ----------Essentra Non-Executive Director Ralf Wunderlich had bought shares worth GBP41,200 in the plastics and fibre maker in a transaction last Thursday. Wunderlich - a non-exec since July 2017 - bought 10,000 shares at 412.00 pence each. Shares in Essentra closed 1.3% lower at 409.00p. The total holding of Wunderlich after the transaction was not disclosed. ----------Shield Therapeutics Chief Executive Carl Sterritt bought more shares in the company in a deal on Friday last week. Sterritt pruchased 88,235 shares at 34 pence each, for a total of GBP30,000. Shield shares closed down 2.9% at 34.00p. He now holds 10.2 million Shield Therapeutics shares, 8.7% of the entire company. ----------Zenith Energy said President and Chief Executive Officer Andrea Cattaneo purchased GBP116,616 worth of shares. Cattaneo acquired 3.4 million shares at a price of 3.39 pence each. He now holds an interest in 13.9 million shares, which represents 6.5% of the company's total issued shares. Shares in Zenith Energy closed up 0.2% at 3.36p each. ----------Be Heard Group Chief Executive Officer Simon Pyper purchased 3.1 million shares at a price of 1.2 pence per share on Thursday for a total of GBP37,328. He purchased a further 330,000 shares at 1.16p each that same Thursday for GBP3,828, bringing his total shareholding to 3.4 million, or 0.3% of the company's total issued capital. Shares in the marketing company closed down 3.7% at 1.30p.----------Flowtech Fluidpower said that Non-Executive Director Nigel Richens bought shares in the engineering firm worth GBP30,198 in a transaction last Friday. Richens - a non-executive since 2014 - bought 23,500 shares at 128.50 pence each. Shares in Flowtech closed up 1.9% at 123.25p. After the transaction, Richens holds 73,500 shares in the firm, which provides hydraulics, pneumatics and associated industrial products. ----------IMI said its recently-appointed Non-Executive Director Katie Jackson bought shares worth GBP29,165 in the engineering firm in a transaction last Wednesday. Jackson - a non-exec since July - bought 2,618 shares at 1,114 pence each. Shares in IMI closed down 2.2% at 1,121.00p. The total holding of Jackson after the transaction was not specified. ----------M&C Saatchi outgoing Finance Director Jamie Hewitt has sold his entire holding in the advertising firm for GBP204,191 in a transaction that took place last Friday. Hewitt - who also had announced on Friday that he would depart sometime over the next year - sold 54,451 shares at 375.00 pence each. Shares in M&C Saatchi closed down 2.6% at 380.00p. The sale was described as being part of his "personal financial commitment as part of a divorce settlement". Following the transaction, Hewitt no longer holds any shares in M&C Saatchi.----------CLS Holdings said Executive Chairman Henry Klotz sold 50,630 shares at a price of 220.033 pence per share on Wednesday. Following this GBP111,403 deal, Klotzb now holds 400,000 shares in the property investor, representing a 0.1% stake. Shares in CLS closed flat at 219.50p.----------Lowland Investment said Director Karl Sternberg and his closely associated person, Richard Jarman, purchased 1,319 shares at a price of 1,505 pence per share on Thursday. Sternberg and Jarman's holding after the GBP19,851 transaction has not been disclosed. Shares in Lowland closed down 0.5% at 1,507.05p.----------
