(Alliance News) - Brave Bison Group PLC on Wednesday said it has hired Philippa Norridge as interim chief financial officer effective immediately, replacing Paul Campbell-White.
The London-based social video company did not disclose a specific reason behind Campbell-White's departure.
Norridge is currently a director of marketing agency Tangent Marketing Services Ltd. As at December 23, Tangent and associated companies held a 22% stake in Brave Bison. Tangent and Brave Bison have entered into an agreement where Norridge will be seconded to Brave Bison for six months, with a termination notice period of 30 days.
The company intends to appoint a permanent chief financial officer as soon as the appropriate candidate is identified, Brave Bison noted.
"I am thrilled to welcome Philippa to the team. She already has a deep understanding of our business and sector and I look forward to working with her on new initiatives. I would like to thank Paul Campbell-White who has supported me in recent months and the company for over two years," said Brave Bison Chief Executive Kate Burns.
Shares in London-based Brave Bison were down 4.5% at 1.12 pence each on Wednesday afternoon in London.
