NEW YORK, Jan 4 (Reuters) - A former trader at Barclays Plc pleaded guilty on Wednesday to U.S. charges arisingfrom a global investigation of the manipulation offoreign-exchange prices at major banks, the U.S. JusticeDepartment said.
