DIRECTOR DEALINGS: B90 Holdings ups equity by 50% in loan conversion

Fri, 23rd Apr 2021 15:17

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Friday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

----------

B90 Holdings PLC - Isle of Man-based sportsbook operator and online marketing gaming - Convertible loan and accrued interest totalling GBP3.9 million converted into 68.3 million new shares. Share price on Friday is 12.6p, so the new shares are worth GBP8.6 million. B90 now has 194.5 million shares in total. As a result of the conversion, Non-Executive Director Mark Rosman receives 11.4 million shares, giving him a total holding of 14.4 million, a 7.4% stake. "The company now has a much more stable financial platform to grow from," says Executive Chair Paul Duffen. "The conversion of the convertible loan removes the vast majority of the group's indebtedness and together with the proceeds from our recent subscription leaves us with a much improved balance sheet."

----------

Breedon Group PLC - East Midlands-based construction materials - Human Resources Director Stephen Tagg and spouse Caroline Tagg sell 106,469 shares at GBP1.00, worth GBP106,767, on Thursday. Tagg now interested in 361,421 shares. Breedon on Tuesday said its expectations for 2021 are unchanged, as the pandemic continues to cause disruption, even after sales jumped in the first quarter, with like-for-like revenue up 7% year-on-year.

----------

BAE Systems PLC - Farnborough, England-based aerospace - Non-Executive Director Jane Griffiths buys 10,117 shares at GBP4.94, worth GBP49,998, on Friday.

----------

System1 Group PLC - London-based online market research - Founder & Executive President John Kearon exercises options for 116,568 shares at no cost and sells the same number of shares at 240p each, worth GBP279,763, on Thursday. The sale was in part to fund the tax on the option exercise, System1 says. Kearon's shares holding remains 2.9 million shares, a 22.7% stake.

----------

Asia Dragon Trust PLC - Asian stock investor managed by Aberdeen Standard Investments - Non-Executive Director Gaynor Coley buys 5,000 shares at 525.0p, worth GBP26,250, on Friday.
