(Alliance News) - Accsys Technologies PLC on Thursday said its chief financial officer has resigned with immediate effect, while a search is underway for a successor.
The London-based wood building products manufacturer said Steven Salo would leave the company, having joined in April 2023.
In the mean time, Director of Corporate Development Hans Pauli will act as interim CFO. Pauli has been with the company for over 14 years in a variety of roles, including as CFO from 2010 to 2012.
Accsys Technologies said Salo "helped navigate the company through a period of economic headwinds, and has contributed to the successful raising of capital and financing for the completion of our US [joint venture] project in Kingsport".
Shares in Accys Technologies were down 0.9% to 57.50 pence each in London on Thursday afternoon.
