(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of company director and manager changes announced on Friday last week and Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Finablr PLC - Ernst & Young LLP resigns as auditor, citing "concerns arising out of recent events at the company and NMC Health PLC". Finablr says EY has not provided to the board "any specific allegations or suspicions of wrongdoing, or of any actual or alleged instances of accounting, financial, governance or other irregularities". Abdulrahman Basaddiq and Bassam Hage resign as directors on Friday last week. Basaddiq was appointed back in April 2019 at the request of major shareholder Bavaguthu Raghuram Shetty, so was not considered independent by the board. "I wish to make it clear that I had no knowledge concerning the matters which are the subject of an independent investigation," Basaddiq said in his letter of resignation. Meanwhile, EY had requested that Hage step down due to his past career with EY.

Medica Group PLC - Hires Richard Jones, chief financial officer of Mereo Biopharma Group PLC, as new CFO, replacing Tony Lee. Mereo on Friday had said Jones was leaving "to pursue other opportunities" after a five-month transition period. It appointed Michael Wyzga as US-based interim CFO.

Flowtech Fluidpower PLC - Non-Executive Chair Malcolm Diamond to step down from board at June 3 annual general meeting. Non-Executive Director Bill Wilson to become executive chair, though not full time. Wilson had previously been non-executive chair before Diamond. Hires Roger McDowell as senior independent director from AGM. Was managing director of Oliver Ashworth for 18 years.

Avon Rubber PLC - Hires Senior PLC Finance Director Bindi Foyle as independent non-executive director from May 1.

Air Partner PLC - Senior Independent Director Richard Jackson dies after short illness. Air Partner will review the composition of the board, as well as the role of senior independent director, once the Covid-19 crisis has abated.

Catena Group PLC - Richard Owen resigns as executive chair and director immediately "for personal reasons". Chief Executive Matthew Farnum-Schneider becomes interim chair until a permanent replacement is found.

Globalworth Real Estate Investments Ltd - Eli Alroy resigns as non-executive director immediately, having served since 2013.

Ediston Property Investment Co PLC - Robert Dick retires as non-executive director from Tuesday. Imogen Moss joins board from Wednesday. Both as previously announced.

Secure Trust Bank PLC - Financial Controller Stephen Heeley to be interim CFO upon departure of Neeraj Kapur on Tuesday. Both as previously announced. Recruitment of replacement CFO continues.
