LONDON (Alliance News) - Advanced Oncotherapy PLC Thursday said Non-Executive Director Michael Bradfield bought 750,000 shares at a price of 5.5 pence per share Wednesday.
Following this transaction, Bradfield now holds 122.8 million shares, which represents 8.66% of the issued share capital.
Shares in the medical technology company were up 4.2% at 5.60p Thursday.
