Ascent Resources Issues GBP37,500 In Shares To Investor

(Alliance News) - Ascent Resources PLC said Monday it has settled a further GBP37,500 with the relevant investor through the issue of 750,000 shares at a price of 5.0 pence per share.

The unnamed investor has confirmed that the balance of GBP112,500 will still be settled in the month of May.

Ascent Resources now has 56.9 million shares issued overall.

Shares in the oil & gas company closed 16% lower at 3.06 pence on Monday in London.
