LONDON (Alliance News) - West Africa-focused gold miner Avesoro Resources Inc said Tuesday an arbitration claim brought against it has been dismissed.
AIM-listed Avesoro said the claim, brought by International Construction & Engineering over its contract for works at Avesoro's New Liberty gold mine in Liberia, was dismissed by a tribunal.
Additionally, Avesoro was successful with "the majority" of its counterclaim and was awarded its legal costs.
Shares in Avesoro Resources were up 6.7% at 2.00 pence Tuesday morning.
