LONDON (Alliance News) - Aberforth Smaller Companies Trust PLC on Friday said it appointed Richard Davidson as chair of the company with immediate effect.
Paul Trickett, who had been a non-executive director since January 2013 and chair since October 2014, retired.
Aberforth Smaller Companies Trust shares were trading up 0.8% at 1,246.28 pence each.
