(Alliance News) - Ashley House PLC said Thursday that the three extra care schemes mentioned in two previous trading updates have not yet reached financial close.
Shares in Ashley House were trading 20% lower at 6.25 pence each on Thursday in London
The schemes are still expected to close over the course of the next couple of months, the housing and health property developer said.
Cash inflows are being delayed as a result, Ashley House said, and it is exploring a number of sources of further funding to manage this.
The company said it will continue updating the market as appropriate.
