LONDON (Alliance News) - Aurora Investment Trust PLC Wednesday said Non-Executive Director James Barstow bought 5,000 shares at a price of 161.92 pence per share Tuesday.
Following this transaction, Barstow holds 895,000 shares, which represents a 8.61% stake in the firm.
Shares were up 0.2% at 161.92 pence Wednesday.
