Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC - London-based private and commercial banking - Sells 750,000 shares in Solihull, West Midlands-based retail and commercial lender Secure Trust Bank PLC. Doesn't provide sale price, but says disposal raises GBP8.6 million gross, suggesting 1,147 pence per share. Secure Trust Bank shares were trading at 1,165.00p on Wednesday afternoon, up 1.1%. Arbuthnot retains 1.1 million Secure Trust shares, reflecting a 5.7% stake. Says disposal will reduce its income from Secure Trust's 44p final dividend for 2020 by GBP330,000.
