(Alliance News) - Retailer redemption product firm Appreciate Group PLC, formerly Park Group, said Tuesday BlackRock Inc has cut its stake by over 5%.
In a transaction on Friday last week, BlackRock cut its holding in the company to below 5%, from 10% previously.
The company changed its name at the start of November, though 22% of shareholders did oppose the move. Shares closed 0.8% lower on Tuesday at 47.10 pence each.
