(Alliance News) - Anglo Pacific Group PLC said on Friday that non-executive directors Jim Rutherford and Graeme Dacomb bought shares in the company.
The natural resources and royalty streaming firm said that on Wednesday Rutherford acquired 25,000 shares at a price of 192.00 pence per share.
Also on Wednesday, Dacomb acquired 10,000 shares at about 192.65p per share.
The purchases represent the only holdings of the two directors, the company said.
Anglo Pacific Group shares were up 0.3% in London at 188.50 pence each on Friday afternoon.
