(Alliance News) - Anglo Pacific Group PLC said Wednesday that Chief Executive Officer Julian Treger bought around GBP55,000 in stock in a deal on Monday.
Treger acquired 35,000 shares at a price of 157.20 pence each, bringing his total holding to 5.5 million shares, reflecting a 3.0% stake.
Shares in the natural resources royalties firm were up 2.9% at 154.33 pence on Wednesday in London.
