(ShareCast News) - Apax Global Alpha has appointed Sally-Ann Farnon as a non-executive director, effective immediately.Farnon was a non-executive director of New River Retail and Bailiwick Investments and has been a banking and finance partner at KPMG.The executive held non-executive directors at Ravenscroft, HICL Infrastructure Fund, Dexion Absolute, Standard Life Investment Property & Income Trust, Breedon Aggregates and Threadneedle UK Select Trust.She has no beneficial interest in the shares of the company.Shares in Apax were down by 0.12% to 123.61p at 1220 BST.
