LONDON (Alliance News) - Angus Energy PLC on Wednesday said it has raised GBP31,240 in an open offer of shares at 4.25 pence each.
Angus shares were trading down 0.3% at 3.82p each on Wednesday morning.
The company issued a total of 735,076 shares. Angus intends to use the net proceeds for working capital and also to progress work on existing assets, and also advance due diligence of a potential acquisition target.
