Tritax EuroBox PLC - investor in continental European logistics real estate assets - Starts work on on the 93,931 square metre extension to its global distribution centre asset at Llica d'Amunt, Barcelona, which is let to fashion retailer Punto Fa SL, trading as Mango. Company is financing the construction of the extension at a yield on cost of 8.8%, for an estimated capital commitment of EUR31.5 million.

Tremor International Ltd - Tel Aviv-based advertising technology - Launches initial public offering on Nasdaq Global Market in New York of 6.8 million American depositary shares, representing an aggregate of 13.5 million shares. Each ADS represents two ordinary shares of Tremor. Notes last closing price of shares in London on Friday was GBP7.86. Closed at GBP8.00 on Tuesday.

RTW Venture Fund Ltd - investment company focused on the life sciences sector - Participates in USD210 million Series B round in US-based privately held oncology company Umoja Biopharma Inc. "The proceeds from the Series B financing round are intended to enable Umoja to accelerate development of its pipeline of engineered immunotherapies and internal manufacturing capabilities," company explains.

BATM Advanced Communications Ltd - Israel-based networking and medical technology company - Wins cyber security contract worth USD4.1 million, of which more than half will be delivered in the current year. "The contract has been awarded by the group's long-standing government defence department customer. The group will provide hardware and software as part of its network cyber security solution with delivery commencing immediately," company adds.

Gresham House PLC - investor in smaller UK public companies - Court hearing for proposed capital reduction moved to June 29 from today, allowing notice of the hearing to be advertised for the period mandated by the Court.

Sareum Holdings PLC - drug development company - Raises GBP1.5 million through subscription of 30.0 million shares at 4.9 pence each. Each subscriber will also be issued one five-year warrant, exercisable at the subscription price, for every three subscription shares issued. The net proceeds from the subscription will be used to progress the company's SDC-1801 and SDC-1802 TYK2/JAK1 inhibitor drug development programmes as well as for working capital purposes.

Amino Technologies PLC - Cambridge-based broadcasting technology provider - Starts work with Hong Kong-based media firm PCCW Media to enable its Now TV video service. "Amino's software enables both PayTV and streaming services through an Android based user experience, including Netflix integration via Amino's Hailstorm Partnership with Netflix," company says. It adds: "Now TV is Hong Kong's leading Pay TV operator with the territory's largest subscriber base. PCCW plans to utilise Amino software to enhance its offering to deliver next generation viewing experiences, combining streaming services including Netflix within the service for the first time. The partnership utilises PCCW hardware with Amino's software solutions."

Mirriad Advertising PLC - London-based company providing in-video advertising technology - Signs partnership with A+E Networks for in-content opportunities for brand partners. "In the fourth quarter 2020, both parties launched in collaboration a series of in-content activities within Lifetime holiday movies programming pillar, It's A Wonderful Lifetime. Following the success achieved during the collaboration, the A+E Networks team will begin to include in-content advertising for their agency and brand partners as part of their 2021-2022 Upfront opportunities," company explains.

D4T4 Solutions PLC - Surrey, England-based IT services provider - Launches Celebrus Fraud Data Platform. Says will "support businesses in protecting their customers in real-time across all digital touchpoints." It adds: "This is the result of two years' design and development work and approximately GBP1.5 million of investment by the group and sees D4t4's initial launch into the large and growing market of fraud protection software, estimated to be worth currently USD18 billion per annum."

IQGeo Group PLC - Cambridge, England-based geospatial software for telecom and utility network operators - Selected by the US Western Area Power Administration to support their electrical transmission line inspection process. "This new project will see the WAPA team using the IQGeo geospatial software in combination with its Inspection & Survey application. The software will be used by field teams conducting ground and aerial helicopter inspection patrols, and vegetation surveys," company adds.

Condor Gold PLC - gold exploration and development in Nicaragua - Starts 1,700 metre infill geotechnical drilling programme within the permitted La India open pit in Nicaragua. Two diamond drill rigs have been deployed to expedite progress, company says. It adds: "The programme is anticipated to take 5 to 6 weeks to complete. The geotechnical drilling programme has been designed to achieve a feasibility level of design by SRK Consulting Ltd and will complement other ongoing feasibility study level work programmes already underway."

MGC Pharmaceuticals Ltd - Perth, Australia-based medicinal cannabis company - Its cannabis derived epilepsy investigational medicinal product, CannEpil, has been added to the Primary Care Reimbursement Service in the Republic of Ireland as part of the Medicinal Cannabis Access Programme, making it free of charge for Irish patients prescribed the treatment under the MCAP. CannEpil is already being prescribed in Australia and the UK in the treatment epilepsy. Notes is saw best monthly revenue to date of more than AUD360,000, about USD276,000. Monthly sales revenue of over A$360,000 excludes all non-cannabinoid products.

CIP Merchant Capital Ltd - AIM-listed closed-ended investment company incorporated in Guernsey - Buys further 150,000 shares in AIM-listed Ixico PLC for GBP120,000. Now holds interest in 3.4 million shares, or about 7.0%.

Eastinco Mining & Exploration PLC - Musasa tantalum and tin metal project in Rwanda - Agrees terms and formally signs new joint venture agreement with an unnamed Rwandan entity to explore and develop mineral opportunities over an area covering 2,750 hectares in southern Rwanda on which the unnamed partner holds a license for the exploration and development of tantalum, niobium, tin and tungsten metal resources. Under the deal, Eastinco will create a new company, Kinunga Mining Ltd in Rwanda and hold 70% of its shares, with its partner holding the remaining 30%.

Mosman Oil & Gas Ltd - New South Wales, Australia-based oil exploration, development and production company - Airborne gravity and gradiometry survey over EP 145, in the Amadeus Basin in the Northern Territory of Australia has now been approved by the relevant government department, company says. Work at EP 145 expects to start in the week commencing July 5.
