LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Thursday.----------Amerisur Resources said Tracarta, a company in which Amerisur Chief Executive John Wardle holds an interest, acquired 428,000 shares at a price of 17.516 pence per share on Wednesday. Following this GBP74,968 transaction, Tracarta holds 31.1 million shares in Amerisur, reflecting a 2.6% stake. Wardle is co-owner of Tracarta.Also on Wednesday, Independent Non-Executive Director Dana Coffield bought 469,850 shares at an average of 17.96p per share for a total of GBP84,385.Coffield now holds 1.1 million Amerisur shares, representing a 0.1% stake.Shares in Amerisur closed up 8.9% at 19.28p in London. ----------Utilico Emerging Markets Trust said several non-executive directors acquired a combined GBP39,000 in shares in the investment trust. Anthony Muh bought 7,914 shares at a price of 206p each, totalling GBP16,303, while Garry Madeiros acquired 4,945 at the same price, totalling GBP10,187. In addition, Susan Hansen purchased 3,991 shares at 206p, worth GBP8,222, while Garth Milne and John Rennocks, at the same price, bought 3,188 and 2,964 shares totalling GBP6,567 and GBP6,106, respectively. Utilico Emerging shares closed 1.3% lower at 204.25p each.----------UIL said several non-executive directors bought shares in the investment company in three separate transactions. David Shillson, Warren McLeland and Alison Hill, each bought 4,721 shares at a price of 175p a share. The total value of three transactions stood at GBP24,785. UIL shares were untraded, last closing at 173.52p each.----------
