Altitude Group Shares Rise On Partnership With Advertising Specialty

Mon, 06th Jan 2020 09:48

(Alliance News) - Altitude Group PLC on Monday announced a strategic alliance with the Advertising Specialty Institute, a US media, marketing and education organisation.

Shares in the personalised products marketplace operator - which is based in Manchester - were 8.7% higher at 52.15 pence on Monday.

As a result of the alliance, Altitude's ESP - a promotional product and supplier database - will be integrated into both the AIM Smarter portal and AIM Tech Suite.

AIM Smarter, formally known as AI Mastermind, is the membership-based trade group of promotional products distributor Advertising Industry Mastermind Group LLC.

This will provide members of AIM Smarter greater efficiency and an expanded search capability on the portal and suite, featuring real time supplier product and pricing data.

The alliance will be rolled out in the first quarter of 2020, with AIM Smarter using ASI's marketing and media reach to advertise the offering to AIM members through events and content delivery, as well as drive increased membership and awareness.

"I am pleased to announce this important alliance between AIM Smarter and ASI, and the integration of ASI's flagship research tool, ESP, into AIM's powerful Tech Suite, which immediately increases the attractiveness of the AIM Tech Suite and its usage across the AIM membership," said Chief Executive Officer Nichole Stella.

"Both suppliers and distributors will see the benefit of this alliance with such a longstanding leader in the industry and how this partnership will strengthen the company," Stella said.
