LONDON (Alliance News) - Savannah Resources PLC Friday said it has sold a 16.5% stake in fellow AIM-listed Alecto Minerals PLC for a total of GBP68,143.
Savannah said it sold 28.6 million shares at a price of 0.2384 pence per share, and following the sale, Savannah holds a 13.3% stake in Alecto.
Savannah shares were trading flat at 2.05 pence per share on Friday afternoon, whilst Alecto shares fell by 4.8% to 0.128 pence.
