LONDON (Alliance News) - Alecto Minerals PLC said Wednesday that it had appointed Heytesbury Corporate LLP as its company secretary.
It will replace previous company secretary John Bottomley, who has stepped down.
Alecto's shares were trading up 0.005 pence at 1.03 pence Wednesday morning.
