LONDON (Alliance News) - Allied Minds PLC Friday said Chief Operating Officer Marc Eichenberger sold 11,262 shares at a price of 335.4364 pence per share on Tuesday.
The company also said Eichenberger sold 37,980 shares at a price of 344.6083 pence per share on Monday.
Following this transaction, Eichenberger now directly holds 1.6 million shares in the firm.
The stock was down 1.5% at 305.50p Friday.
