LONDON (Alliance News) - Financial information company ADVFN PLC on Thursday said it has issued new shares to its chief executive, raising GBP25,000.
The company said it has issued 113,636 shares to CEO Clem Chambers at 22.00 pence per share. ADVFN shares were untraded on Thursday, having last traded at 19.00p.
The company said the proceeds will be used for working capital purposes.
