LONDON (Alliance News) - Financial market website operator ADVFN PLC Monday confirmed it has signed heads of agreement with the directors of investor-information website London South East Ltd.
This follows speculation over a potential acquisition of London South East, ADVFN said, although it noted there can be no certainty any transaction will take place.
ADVFN will make a further announcement in due course, it said.
