LONDON (Alliance News) - Andes Energia PLC on Friday said its joint venture deal in Brazil has been terminated.
The company previously had said its Brazilian projects were not the focus of its development activities and so it has mutually agreed with its partner in Brazil to terminate the joint venture with no further obligations.
