LONDON (Alliance News) - Active Energy Group PLC said on Friday that a holder of convertible loan notes has converted 150,000 notes into 4.1 million shares in the company.
Following this transaction, Active Energy now has 1.04 billion shares issued overall.
Shares in the renewable energy and forestry business were flat at 2.40 pence on Friday.
