LONDON (Alliance News) - Atlas Development & Support Services Ltd on Tuesday confirmed it has raised the USD5.0 million it was targeting through a share placing, which it had announced on Monday.
The company had said it would raise the funds to back its Chancho project in Ethiopia, comprising a glass manufacturing facility in the country, along with initial construction works.
On Tuesday, it said it issued a total of 1.06 billion shares at 0.325 pence per share to raise the funding. Shares in the company were up 4.0% to 0.325p.
