Adams PLC - special situation investor headquartered in the Isle of Man - Says it has entered into an agreement to invest GBP700,000 for 5.0 million shares, or 2.2% stake, in C4X Discovery Holdings PLC at 14 pence each as part of a placing by C4X to raise around GBP15.0 million. Each C4X unit comprises 1 new C4X share and 1 warrant.
