LONDON (Alliance News) - Accesso Technology Group PLC said Tuesday Chair Bill Russell and Non-Executive Director Karen Slatford had bought shares worth nearly GBP190,000 in the queueing and ticketing products maker.
Shares in Accesso were 2.8% higher at 874.00 pence on Tuesday.
Slatford - non-exec since 2016 - bought 11,835 shares at 845.00p each last Friday, worth a total GBP100,006. The acquisition represents the entire stake Slatford holds in Accesso.
On Monday, newly-appointed Russell acquired 10,000 shares at 862.50p worth GBP86,250. The buy also represents the entirety of the stake in the firm held by Russell, who became chair in early February.
