(Alliance News) - Accesso Technology Group PLC on Tuesday said it will issue 13.5 million new shares at 290 pence each, raising GBP39.1 million, after its GBP6.2 million open offer was fully taken up.
Shares in Accesso were flat at 350.00 pence in London in afternoon trading.
The Berkshire-headquartered company, which makes software for the leisure and entertainment markets, announced a placing and subscription to raise GBP32.9 million gross plus an open offer to raise up to around GBP6.2 million on May 22.
The open offer was fully taken up as qualifying shareholders made use of their open offer entitlements and the excess application facility.
As a consequence of all of these, and having obtained shareholder approval at a general meeting earlier on Tuesday, Accesso is to issue 13.5 million shares - raising GBP39.1 million in total. Numis Securities Ltd was nominated adviser and broker for the placing.
This 13.5 million figure includes 11.1 million shares as part of the placing agreement, 212,414 subscription shares, and 2.1 million open offer shares.
Once all shares are admitted, Accesso will have 41.2 million shares in issue.
