(Alliance News) - Accesso Technology Group PLC on Monday said it has hired former chief executive Steve Brown back to his old job, effective immediately.
The queueing and ticketing products maker on Thursday said that Brown - who served as chief executive from 2016 until 2018 - would be taking over from Paul Noland who has now stepped down from the board.
Brown was previously chief operating officer at ticketing distribution system provider Ingresso Group Ltd, which was acquired by Accesso for up to GBP28.0 million in 2018.
Upon his appointment last week, Non-executive Chair Bill Russell said: "We are thrilled that Steve has decided to return. His understanding of the company's core business along with his vision and passion for Accesso are unmatchable. We look forward to working with him as we re-energize the company and move forward with our long-term growth plan."
Accesso shares were down 1.3% at 337.50 pence each on Monday afternoon in London.
