LONDON (Alliance News) - Accrol Group Holdings PLC said Monday that Independent Non-Executive Director Joanne Lake has stepped down and left the company with immediate effect to pursue other opportunities, alongside her existing portfolio of chairman and non-executive director responsibilities.
The hand and facial paper tissue maker said it will continue discussions with other potential non-executive directors to further strengthen the board.
Shares in Accrol were trading 2.2% higher at 23.50 pence each Monday afternoon.
